During each and every pet sitting visit done at your home we:

- Home Security Detail – we check to make sure your windows and doors are locked. Upon request we will also perform other home security details to help make your home more secure while you are away. This is very important to us!
- Do whatever is necessary to make our clients feel safe, secure and happy!
- For an additional $20 fee- If you desire we will go shopping for pet supplies and fresh groceries before you return, so you can come home to a fully stocked fridge and pantry.

Pet Sitting, Dog Walking and Midday Work Week Visits: $20-25 for a 30 minute visit
We have given our fees a great deal of consideration and done research so that our rates are competitive. Our rates vary depending on your geographical location.
We are a growing, thriving business providing a valuable service and thus should be compensated appropriately. We have tried to balance what we think are reasonable rates to pay with covering the cost of doing business- commuting time, gas prices, labor costs, etc. We hope that you appreciate and value our service!
Once we quote you a fee for a job we will not raise those rates, unless extraordinary circumstances warrant that more care is needed for the well-being of your pets than what was originally agreed upon. We will discuss such situations with you and come to a mutual agreement about the best course of action. Our priority is the best care for your pets. Sometimes, once a job has begun, we discover that the care required must be adjusted. We will always communicate with you regarding any changes in care needs.
We customize our service and rates for unique situations. When we provide a 30 minute visit to your pets, it usually takes us 1-1 1/2 hours to provide that service.

We are willing to provide services outside of our designated areas but high mileage jobs will include an additional gas fee that will be determined at the initial consultation. Or, we can refer you to a pet sitter we know and trust in your area.
Horse and Livestock: $25-30 per 30 minute
Overnight Doggie Diva Slumber Parties at Your Place: $75 per night
We are available for doggie diva slumber parties with your pets at your place if you wish. They are 10-12 hour overnight stays at your home. The average arrival time is between 7-9pm until 7-8am next day departure. We customize these times based on your preferred schedule. We include an earlier dinner visit if needed at no extra charge.
24-Hour Housesitting: $100-125 per day
We will live at your home and promise a visit at least every 6 hours throughout the day. The rate varies on geographical location and needs.
Pet Taxi: $15 one way (drop off OR pick up) $30 round trip (drop off AND pick up)
If you need help transporting a pet to the vet or groomer or to prepare for traveling we are at your service and happy to fill in when you are unable to.
Pooper Scooping: $10-20 per visit (rates based on location)
We do not provide grooming services, but we are willing to give your pets baths as an additional service when needed. We are happy to recommend a groomer we know and trust.
A Unique Approach to Doggie Day Care and Dog Boarding in Tucson:
We provide a very unique approach to doggie day care and boarding. Instead of a commercial building or kennel environment, we feel that dogs are happier in small packs of 10-12 dogs at a time, than in large overwhelming groups of 40-50+ dogs.
So, we enjoy sharing our homes and inviting well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs, who are current on their vaccinations, into our homes to join our packs and be treated like part of our families.
We offer a free consultation to assess the best home for your pup. Puppies and unaltered males are welcome, but will be charged a slightly higher fee due to the extra supervision and work that will be required to provide them with the guidance they need.
All dogs invited to share our homes for doggie day care or boarding will receive the specific care you require regarding food, treats, supplements and medications, as well as lots of love, exercise, play time, socialization and appropriate guidance and discipline according to your wishes. We do not crate or kennel dogs unless they are crate trained. We treat your dogs like they are part of our family.
Doggie Day Care: $15-25 per day
We provide pet care 24 hours per day 365 days a year. Our hours for drop offs and pick ups are:
6:00 am – 7:00 pm Sunday through Saturday including all holidays.
After 7pm boarding rates apply.
$15-20 per day (Discount packages available)
$20-25 Puppy Day Care (and unaltered males)
Boarding in a home environment: $25-30 per day per dog
Same hours as doggie day care but pick ups can be as late as 9pm.
$25 per day per dog
$30 per day for puppies/unaltered males/special needs dogs
Mutiple dogs per family discount: $5 per day per family (not per dog)
Long-term Boarding:
We offer discounts for long term boarding care, to be determined on a case by case basis. Long-term boarding is considered for anything 30 days or longer.
Additional fees: Nope we don’t do that! 
We do not think it fosters a long-term friendly relationship with our clients to nickle and dime you to death with added administrative fees that are not attached to any value added service provided. However, we reserve the right, if need be, out of respect for our schedule demands during high volume periods such as holidays to charge limited fees for the following reasons:
Deposits and Holiday Surcharges:
Right now, we haven’t found it necessary to charge these fees.
Refund Policy:
Unless an emergency has occured, we do not offer refunds when you return early from a trip. We will however credit your account with whatever was not used in services for your next trip. We define emergencies as victims of crime, illnesses of you or your pets, death in the family.
Cancellation Policy and Fees- $50 if service cancelled less than 7 days prior to trip
When you schedule a service with us, we reserve that time and space in our schedule for you. We merely have this policy in place so that we are treated with respect and our time is honored. We realize that emergencies do happen so we reserve the right to apply this fee on a case by case basis.
There will be a $50 cancellation fee if a service is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the start date of that service. Most likely, rather than charge you this fee, we will suggest you find another pet sitter to help you, if last minute cancellations become a habit.
Training
We are not professional dog trainers but are qualified and experienced enough to help support you and your dog with learning basic commands and good behavior. We know many professional dog trainers that we can recommend for more extensive training needs.
Multiple pets/Special Needs Pets: $5-15 more per visit if needed
We do not charge extra for each additional pet unless the care needed will require more than a standard 30 minute visit. If there are a lot of pets or pets with special needs, then our rates are adjusted accordingly and agreed upon prior to the start of services.
We do not cover the northwest communities of Tucson- Marana and Oro Valley. But, we are happy to refer you to a colleague we trust and know that serves those areas.
